Hello all,
This is my first blog and the first time I am blogging. I'm an arts writer and I believe in arts for all. How about you?

The last two articles in StarMag - the lifestyle pullout of the Sunday Star, the widest-read English-language weekly in Malaysia - were a review of Gustav Mahler's Das Lied von der Erde (The Song of the Earth) by mezzo-soprano Susan Platts at the Dewan Filharmonik Petronas concert hall in the Petronas Twin Towers in Kuala Lumpur, and a feature on how artists can make the best of an arts residency in Malaysia, a developing country where such opportunities are very rare.
